Choosing Your Size

4/0–5/0: Better matched to medium and larger hardbodies where you want heavy-duty hook strength without adding excessive hook weight.

6/0–7/0: Intended for larger offshore lures and heavier tackle when targeting powerful pelagic species.

When replacing the original hooks on a lure, consider hook weight and size as well as strength, as fitting an excessively heavy hook can alter the lure's balance and swimming action.

Saltwater Care

Rinse hooks, rings and assist cord with fresh water after saltwater use and allow them to dry completely before storage. Regularly inspect the hook point, assist cord and solid ring for wear or corrosion.
