At Tackle Discount Australia, our goal is to make sure you’re happy with your order. Because we source products directly from overseas suppliers to keep prices low, our returns process is a little different from a local store. Please read the following carefully:
Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Change of mind or ordering the wrong size/product cannot be refunded, as items are shipped directly from our suppliers.

To start a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery at tacklediscountaustralia@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we’ll arrange either:

A replacement item, or

A full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please reach out. We’ll investigate with the carrier/supplier and either send a replacement or issue a refund.

During busy periods or due to customs delays, shipping may take longer — this is how we’re able to offer such low prices.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, sale items, and items returned without prior approval cannot be refunded.
