Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.


Shipping Times

Because we source directly from trusted overseas suppliers, shipping can take a little longer — but that’s how we keep prices up to 70% lower than Aussie retail.

  • Standard shipping: 10–20 business days (average).

  • Rural/remote areas may take slightly longer.

  • Tracking numbers are provided once your order is dispatched.


Delays

While most orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier backlogs. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate.


Order Tracking

  • Every order includes tracking where available.

  • You’ll receive your tracking link by email once your parcel ships.

Lost or Missing Packages
