Please note: we do not hold all stock in Australia, and some orders are fulfilled directly from our supplier warehouses overseas.
This means delivery can take a little longer than buying from a local retail store — but it helps us keep prices sharp.

Because products are shipped directly from overseas manufacturer warehouses, delivery times are longer than standard Australian domestic postage.
Processing time: 2–5 business days
Standard delivery time: 10–20 business days on average
Tracking: A tracking link is provided as soon as your order ships
Most orders arrive within the standard timeframe. However, occasional delays can happen due to supplier processing, international freight, customs checks, or local courier handling.
A bit of patience = serious savings.

Depending on what you order, items may arrive in separate parcels if they are fulfilled by different suppliers or warehouses.
🎣 Important Information for Fishing Rod Orders
Most orders arrive within the standard timeframe. However, non-telescopic fishing rods, including one-piece and two-piece rods, may take longer than standard items.
In some cases, these rod orders may take longer than 35 business days.
This can be due to:
- Oversized packaging moving through slower freight channels
- Some rod models being made to order
- Additional customs handling for oversized parcels
- Special freight requirements for long items
We appreciate your patience — these rods can take longer, but the direct-from-supplier model helps keep pricing far lower than typical Australian retail.
